Our Factories:
1.Light steel structure factory was founded in June 2015. It is the largest steel structure production base. Light steel structure factory has 2 advanced H section steel production lines. The products have reached EU standard. Matching advanced equipment for H section steel includes portal frame NC cutting torch, H section steel built-up machine and automated portal frame arc-submerging welder. The equipment is suitable for mass production with stable product quality. The light steel structure factory has professional technicians, including 11 senior engineers and 30 intermediate engineers. It boasts a section steel team for complex shapes, bridges or high-tech projects.
Heavy steel structure factory has a total area of 30,000 m² with a plant area of 20,000 m². A section steel production line used for the fabrication of structure type over 60 m span is also part of heavy steel structure factory. Matching equipment includes 80 drilling machines, 16 2500 steel plate shearers, sawing machines, 4 NC cutting machines, CO2 protective welders, etc. We can manufacture all types of staircases, safeguards, and ladders, process all types of slabs (including irregular slabs). 2 shot blasting machines and 5 spray painting machines are used for the completion of 1500*2500mm parts.
2.Integrated houses factory has an integrated housing and container house production line. The integrated house is a new product developed by our company. The factory supports custom design and can provide customers with one-stop service including design, production, installation and interior decoration.
3.Panels factory has complete QC system (ISO9001). Whole-series corrugated profiling machines, capable for the production of 11 different types make it one of the best enclosure production plants in China. Our Panel factory also has the most advanced production line for lightweight EPS cement panels.
4.Doors & windows factory has an EPS production line: 2 EPS foaming machines, an automated forming machine, 4 cutting machines, and 10 packing machines. It also has 2 production line for latex paint (of the external wall), 2 stone-like coating production line, 1 reaction still, aluminum-alloy machines, plastic steel processing machines, automated mortar mixing machines, putty powder machines, mortar mixing machines. It is the largest local EPS factory and can offer the best types of insulation enclosure as well as the best quality.
5. Air Conditioning Factory. Our main products contain central air-conditioning and new energy products. We have set our own testing center (state level) for electrical cooling machine units. All our products are tested by Hefei Research Institute and are up to or higher than the demands of national codes. We supply household central air-conditioning, rooftop air-conditioning, air-cooled/heated unit, modular water-cooled chiller, screw water-cooled chiller, combined air-conditioning unit, new fan set, fan coil unit, air curtain, consecutive wind curtain, fire-proof ventilation and relevant matching equipments for all our steel structure projects.
6.Animal husbandry factory is an integrated factory providing design, manufacturing, on-site installation service of automatic feeding equipment for poultry, cattle, pigs and horses. We offer customized solutions of commercial farms, and we cooperate with international partners continuously.

(1) Features
Primary Framing Elements-columns, beams and all primary members are made by H section steels- hot rolled section steel/ welded section steel, which will be bolted together at the site. A factory primer and facing paintings are applied to get the better anti-rusting effect of primary framing elements.
Secondary Framing-Purlin, Tie Bar, Roof, and Wall Support are formed as secondary framing
A. Bracing
Round steel is supplied with knee bracing and other supporting parts that need portal framing, which will improve the stability and durability of the whole structural building.
B. Cladding
Roof and Wall are covering of color-coated corrugated steel sheet or steel sandwich panel, hot dipped with zinc and aluminum compound, that is fixed to the outside of the structural building to protect it against bad weather or to make it look more attractive and last for generations.
