(JDCC) offers a complete steel construction solution ranging from detailing to on-site erection along with maintenance and after sales services, all under one roof, with over 20 years of experience in steel building manufacturing and design.The Group was founded in 1997, with 170,000 sqm production area. One of the largest steel structure manufacturers in China, with annual output 100,000 tons, we are a professional enterprise specialized in designing, manufacturing, marketing and construction of high quality steel structures, prefabricated houses and container houses. We are a China national high-tech company with 100+ engineers and 1270 staff in total. Light steel structure factory was founded in June 2015. It is the largest steel structure production base. Light steel structure factory has 2 advanced H section steel production lines. The products have reached EU standard. Matching advanced equipment for H section steel includes portal frame NC cutting torch, H section steel built-up machine and automated portal frame arc-submerging welder. The equipment is suitable for mass production with stable product quality. The light steel structure factory has professional technicians, including 11 senior engineers and 30
intermediate engineers. It boasts a section steel team for complex shapes, bridges or high-tech projects.
Heavy steel structure factory has a total area of 30,000 m² with a plant area of 20,000 m². A section steel production line used for the fabrication of structure type over 60 m span is also part of heavy steel structure factory. Matching equipment includes 80 drilling machines, 16 2500 steel plate shearers, sawing machines, 4 NC cutting machines, CO2 protective welders, etc. We can manufacture all types of staircases, safeguards, and ladders, process all types of slabs (including irregular slabs). 2 shot blasting machines and 5 spray painting machines are used for the completion of 1500*2500mm parts.

Q3:What will client provide before factory offers good quotation?
A: When we receive inquiry from client, client please fills purchasing intention sheet, providing us with information of house dimensions, draft drawing, layout and materials for prefabricated house. We will design the drawings and offer competitive quotation with the above information.
Q4: What are main materials of prefabricated house?
A: Our prefabricated house materials mainly include light steel structure, sandwich panel, roof tile, door, window, covers, screws and other accessories.
Q5: How you calculate the total area?
A: Industry calculation rule as below:
(1) house area = exterior house length X exterior house width X floor
(2) canopy area=exterior house length X 1/2 X canopy width
(3) staircase area = 4.5 sqm X quantity of staircase
(4) corridor area = exterior house length X corridor width
(5) total area = (1) + (2) + (3) + (4) + (5)

A: Plan drawing, elevation drawing, sectional drawing, foundation drawing, installation drawing.
Q7:How many types of sandwich panel do you have?
A: We have EPS(polystyrene)sandwich panel, rock wool sandwich panel, and PU(polyurethane)sandwich panel.
The characteristics of your sandwich panels respectively:
1.EPS(polystyrene)sandwich panel: thickness is 50mm, 75mm, 100mm. EPS volume weight is 80-200Kg/m3, water-proof.
2.Rock wool sandwich panel: thickness is 50mm, 75mm, 100mm. Rock wool volume weight is 200-400Kg /m3, fire-proof, sound-insulation, heat-preservation.
3.PU(polyurethane)sandwich panel: thickness is 50mm, 75mm, 100mm. PU volume weight is 150-300/m3 water-proof, fire-proof, heat-proof, heat-insulation, heat-preservation, sound-insulation.
