   Residential buildings in 3 floors, each floor has 4 separate suits (flats) for 4 separate families, each separate suit in each floor is 75 square meter, includes open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, hall, etc. This is for family use.
2. Adopts classic design philosophies of developed western countries in North America and Australia and employs overseas computerized design and detailed drawing design software such as PKPM and HayesCAD-CAM to make designs into complete sets of fabrication and installation drawings, complete detailed lists of materials and accurate cost data, which greatly reduces conventional design cycles, so the whole project construction cycle can be shortened. Design schemes can be elaborated and customized based on demand characteristics of different clients while reducing clients' investment expenses and risk amount as most as possible.
3. The company possesses more than a hundred of architects, structure engineers, drainage, electricity and heating engineers, landscape engineers, interior and exterior designers, which ensures the technical support of large amount of projects that constructed at the same time, as well as guarantees the technology support for nationwide agents.

A: Industry calculation rule as below:
(1) house area = exterior house length X exterior house width X floor
(2) canopy area=exterior house length X 1/2 X canopy width
(3) staircase area = 4.5 sqm X quantity of staircase
(4) corridor area = exterior house length X corridor width
(5) total area = (1) + (2) + (3) + (4) + (5)

2.Rock wool sandwich panel: thickness is 50mm, 75mm, 100mm. Rock wool volume weight is 200-400Kg /m3, fire-proof, sound-insulation, heat-preservation.
